In June 2011, one of our Members invited us to spend a day out with him on his narrowboat (which is where he lives). Several members and attenders of our meeting spent a very pleasant day cruising the Trent Mersey canal from Stone to Barlaston and back.
Captain and First Mate

Going up in the world – the Quaker way.

But it was hard work!

So we deserved a break.

Finally we reached our destination – Barlaston.

The end of a great day out – all safely back in Stone.
